Emperor Philip I (the Arab) Antoninianus. Interestingly it appears to be a fouree ie an ancient counterfeit. I can't quite ID the reverse yet. Need more coffee

Almost but not same.On my picture is silver plated and weight is 3.98 g.Thanks for help and information.

I have one of nearly this design - its a great coin! I am yet to get a philip (hes an important guy - celebrated 1000 years of Rome).

This shows the deity holding an abacus. Pretty cool to see proof of ancient mathematics!
