I think this is a 1806 British Penny /half penny something similar as it is about same diameter has a very big edge and the Britannia seems to still come through.

Why it was made like this I got no clue.

My assumption this has no value except for the person who made it/it was made for.

What do you think?

I suspect that Ben is correct, but most that have survived were a lot more interesting than this one.

So it could be that it was made by a prisoner from the era of George III, William IV or at least Victorian?
