Got this for FREE at the bank the other day from one of my favorite tellers.
It looks to me like a D/D, but I'm not an expert on that sort of thing.
So experts... what do you think?

Sorry for the bad pictures.. I was taking them through a loupe. Maybe one of these days I will buy a real camera.

Is it normal to see that doubling only on the mintmark?
