Here's another picture of the obverse, highlights the cheek better, and also the fields, to the point of being able to see polishing lines, coin is reflective to around 5 inches with newspaper print.

IMO the cheek is 67ish; it's the fields that bring it down. It all depends how much they weigh the devices vs. the fields. I'd say 63-64PL, but possibly worth a premium to the right buyer.
