fillurboots Valued Member Canada 155 Posts	Posted 03/01/2013 11:21 pm I sold an item on ebay the person who bought it joined ebay in 2011 and has a feedback of 1 from December 2011,am I in trouble here,he bought it buy it now instead of bidding on it and payed right away.I live in Canada there in the states I always send this stuff insured with tracking number delivery confirmation never had a problem before. The tricky part is insuring you have delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation as required. Going from the U.S. into Canada use to require using UPS or FedEx and not post it through USPS. We got a return to sender from a sale in the mail last week. It looked totally untouched. I carefully opened the letter type parcel to find the persons user name which gets written on the inside flap. Only to find the packaging was totally empty. When we checked out the address it was correct. What can you do? Nothing! It is just going to happen every now and then. We add a bit to the cost of every sale we do to make up for these problems.
