The crowned Mackennal bust in top condition gold coins always looks better in gold than in other metals.
That radial mint lustre certainly helps.

Thank you for the compliments! They were taken with standard 55mm lens on a nikon d3100. I would like to purchase a macro lens specifically for documenting my collection in the future.
