I'm having a hard time pinning this one down. The O in the reverse left field and the dot over the A in the right field don't seem to be found together. Perhaps it's a wreath, but it doesn't look like it. And the mintmark has me completely baffled, starting with a T as in TES but concluding with something that looks like a reversed N? Any help would be appreciated.
