Looks like it could go EF45.Old embossed holder from a time of more conservative grading by ICCS.IMO pop it out,resubmit,and see if they'll note "small 5/5" "Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website Report this Post to the Staff

I just don't know how they would ever backtrack on a past grading.... by the same company. Report this Post to the Staff
