Oooh, sorry. This is a modern souvenir piece printed on that crinkly "parchment" paper they do copies of the Declaration of Independence on. The originals are on a thicker paper, with flakes of mica, and strands of blue silk. The signatures on originals should be red or brown in color. The printing should be in a mixture of red and black ink; the dark "bar" through the legend at the top of yours, on the side with the signatures, is where there was red ink on the original.

The "parchment" paper looks like the fake confederate notes from another thread here.
It'd be a true rarity to come across real colonial money but not impossible. If you wanna see what some real colonial money looks like and sells for, you can always check archives of heritage auctions. The color of the paper is a very light tan almost and like philadelphian mentioned, there is black and red ink on it.
Most of the lots I see on heritage go for a few hundred dollars so they are relatively affordable.
