Excellent coins ... I am a fan of honestly circulated examples and these are lovely.
Agreed that I would enjoy viewing a photo of the remaining two coins in the set.

Thank you to "Not Mint to Be"! My Po-1 is a 1.2, no where near the perfection of Ty's "Worn Out" Pan-Pac, but hopefully will get it imaged in the next few weeks! Looking forward to meeting some new folks and reconnecting with others I've missed along the way due to my injury. Don two_tonevf35 inYHWHWwetrust (over at CU forums)

I didn't know Hawai'i made coins like that- I gotta figure out where to get some. I spent 5 years in Hawai'i, 3rd to 7th grade, and seeing those coins brings back some memories. How much did that set cost? I want to know how much to budget for my set.

Thanks, Bob, hope to able to check in more often than in recent months. I forgot that I had some raw pics of the Dala, so will try to upload here and get the slabbed coins imaged before too long, and over in the PCGS Registry. Usually I don't like fingerprints, but they must have been heavy-duty to still have remnants at this level of wear...

It's a good thing that PO01 Hawaiian Dollar is only a one year coin.

I do believe I have an uncirculated set of Hawaiian Coins like those pictured. Will dig them out and post by this weekend. I put them aside when I first started going through my Dad's collection because I couldnt find info on them. Will get back to ya.

I've lost track of the new members to the CCF in this thread ... so to all. Hoping that the true fans of honestly circulated coins hang out here and share whatever they can ... consider me to be a fan as well. Enjoying the photo of the well-circulated Hawaiian coin ... lovely. David

Quote: Ok...well the good news is I found the set. the bad news is I thought it was in better condition. Still I would grade these at VF or better. Opinions...value as a set? Any silver is better than no silver, and the numismatic premiums are still > content for this issue. I think all yours above have been dipped/cleaned, the dala a little more agressively, but good news, the others are retoning nicely. ebay will tell you how much they are worth, as the price guides are useless imho

Also, I was able to get some scans up at PCGS for the 50c and $1. Need to re-image the 1C as the white flecks are bugging me but it is in the SDB.
