I am told by many @ my area coin club that its and over date.here the photos

There is no doubt in my mind that it is an overdate.
I still haven't decided what the underdate was.
Is there anybody else who could offer a guess?

Apart from one picture which shows a small mark on the right of the 4 I can't see an overdate. More like a well used die.
