Is there any advantage to have a Mint rep... I know we have to be a MC member, which I already are few years ago, but I never use this service... If there's any benefit, maybe I should care about this advantage... Thanks for the follow-up...

Mine was able to get me a couple $5 gold coins after they sold out and for some reason the order is arriving quicker (placed Feb. 22) than my original online order (placed Nov. 28). I'm not sure what else they provide, but I will be ordering through him from now on due to the perception of quicker shipping.

I ordered my gold coin without a rep on feb 26 and received it yesterday. I think having rep = able to get more of certain items. Eg: 20 for 20 and such but they can't break the rules for every items.. some have a hard limit... but I think they could help you order more on item with a soft limit. Edit: They do live on Commision.. so it is to their advantage that you order more Edited by Lostwords

@Panda: I don't think the amount of order have anything to do with getting ship faster. It is more or lese about luck.
I know a few folks ordered in Novemeber for the same gold coin and still did not received it. You figure they would get the first shipment.

didnt know the rep makes commission. I have several email offers in the past from my rep...but I ignored all of them...and haven't receive any email from him again. lol

You don't need a rep, but why not use his services if it's offered to you . |
