Here are all six in full colour. Love them or hate them as much as you want. Looking at the photos is free.
I just thought it would be nice to see all six together in one place.

Perhaps the Mint will be inspired and one day we will see a special commemorative set of all six coins, proof, in colour in one box. Just my 0.02.

Is this something you did in Photoshop or can you really buy these colored?

I like them and for a hefty premium I believe they can be purchased.

Check ebay. There's a couple of stores in Germany that sell them. Mintages are 5000 per I believe. The wolf is the only one I paid (slightly) over $100 for with the rest in the $70-$90 range. They also do them with gold highlighting which also sell for a premium but not as high. Also looks quite sharp.

See the logo on the pictures - they are real and for sale.

Except the last one.

But looks like Perth's Mint "over painted" issue, although the pictures are nice.
So, would like to have them proofs, non-coloured, but with those pictures on the boxes, or on the single box.

@ thehulk, they can be purchased in color but be warned, the coloring is not done by the Mint but by a third party company. There are many people who consider this to be same as damaging the coins so to each his or her own.

Example, here is the wolf coin gilded (selectively gold plated)

Example, here is the colored version.

They are for sale - limited of 5,000 I think -Issue price was 79.99 each - most are more than that now- APMEX has or had most for sale. I picked up a few but not sure I'm going to complete the set or not..

I own 4 wolves 2 from Germany, and the last 2 from the states. The wolf is exquisite, it is my favorite coin . I think the colored moose is awesome! I can barely wait until I can afford the colored moose and buffalo. I just learned from the mint on the weekend they don't color these coins. Anyone know who is doing the color job. I've seen the wolf go for $125. I'd love to have a whole herd of these coins. Rox

Just checked mine with the paperwork and there is nothing marked with who did them. The bottom of the box says "Leuchtturm Nobile" which appears to be a place out of Germany? The top of the box says Canada Wildlife Series Full Colour Edition -I have the moose in front of me and it looks pretty cool colored - If your into that.. Mine came from APMEX

I don't like the idea of people coloring them. It confuses people, some people think the mint colored them.
It's the same as some privy marks, example y2k privy, some people thought it was a RCM privy maple when it's not.

Not just that. These coins weren't designed with colour in mind. Attempts to do so just feels like strained efforts that covers up the subtle differences in finish and nuances in carving that makes coin designs striking. It renders the coin cartoon-like and flat and defeats, really, the purpose of a coin as oppose to paint on a flat planchet.
