Too bad much of the monarch's name is missing, but the bifoliate side-fleurs on the crown make this very likely group 10 or later (after 1301). The appearance of the two smaller crown ornaments between the fleurs seems very much like group 11 to me, though (~1310-14, so Edward II). Agree with the mint: CIVI TAS DUN ELM.
Researching is confusing me a little. This chap is a 'HYB' yet the various class 11 Edwards I've looked at - and indeed most Edward II coins appear to be 'hYB' instead. Any thoughts on this...?
