Constantine II Campgate - small bust, facing left, holding something. Clean it up nicely and it will be a very desirable piece! This is from his early years (probably) as he started pretty young.

Thanks, BenByField! I thought the bust was facing forward, now I can see differently. I remember seeing CampGate somwhere else but forgot what it was called. I thought this was cleaned up pretty good already. On the reverse, there is some metal showing at the top (looks like dirt in the photo). I have just been leaving it in DW and using a toothbrush with shortened brush. It started off a dirty slug with nothing showing. Can you recommend a way to further clean it without more metal showing?

Get a small pot which has a top. Fill it with olive oil. Make sure the coin is dry and drop it in. Seal it.

And then play the waiting game. If that isn't dirt and is just coin patina then all that will happen is it will darken. If it is dirt, it will slowly loosen.

You can brush and prod every once in a while to help it along, but it will take a long time like this. I can guarantee that if you just leave it in olive oil then nothing will harm the patina.

Otherwise, I use a steel sewing needle in a scalpel holder. But you must be careful - practice on a low grade example.

Good to hear, I was thinking that that was going to be the best it would get.

Thanks!
