Thanks Mate
I'm in the Mining game and I can appreciate the detail in the Bucket Wheel reclaimer ( I wouldn't want to stand where that bloke is tho) and the dollar coin looks like it represents the tough buggers that went bush and opened up the goldfields in Aus.
All in all a pleasing set of coins.
The astronomy coin is nice too , It also came with a proof 2009 MOR coin

I am off the Petersham show that comes around whenever there is a fifth Sunday in the month.
This show is always very strong in modern issued and and NCLT coins. There are quite a few hobby and second tier coin dealers there, but their prices can be high.
Trout 1105 has inspired me to go on the lookout for these.

I do not have many modern NCLT coins. I collect them, but give most of them to my kids, and I have retained some of the more interesting Australian decimal coins.

Well done Mate
I have many extras of the 2013 dollar and dump coins so don't be getting any of these at the show as I will be sending you a set when I receive the "P" mint mark coins
This is my 4000th post and I am so glad that I am using it to reply to one of your posts.
These coins IMHO are one of the best designed NCLT modern coins to come from the Australian mint and I am sure that you will appreciate the design.
The small portrait, the denticals and the clean design on the reverse make these coins such a pleasing coin overall (They could become my Canberra florin dollar coins)

Trout hat scanner do you use? It is very good for getting shots of the decinal proofs. Mine has terrible resolution.
