Hey guys, Saw the third venetian glass coin in Canada Post booklet today. Will be like a bluish kind of butterfly, with a red blue flower if I'm not mistaken. Soon to come in April Cannot find the pic online yet though ...

I went to my local post office and saw the catalog. I'm sure the coin will look better in person.

I think everybody already knows that you can order it by phone from the post office. Judging from previous releases from the mint only a small allotment will actually be sold on the mint website with the bulk of the coins going to dealers primarily the post office. It's very likely it will sell out before it reaches general release. I would recommend ordering mine now (244086). The post office order phone number is available online.
People will be hoarding this like crazy. I don't see a huge profit on this one, the current coin is selling just above $200 and I don't foresee this one selling for more than the bumble bee coin. If the coin sells for around $200 the profit after fees will not make it worth flipping. Hold on to your bumble bee coins for a while, I do foresee the price of those going up. Would be a shame to sell it now.
That being said I did order 3 from the post office last night so they still have a few left.

How can you possibly know how many coins the mint has to sell? I am suprised you bought any the way you cut everything down. Nothing wrong with a 30 dollar profit on each coin you think everything has to be worth 10X value.Hope you are not buying from the mint also.

So much negativity, and from the guy who deleted his post yesterday so that others could not buy the coin and tie up the post office phone lines. I know how many coins the mint has to sell based on how coins been sold in the past. Look at every single hot coin sold in the past few months and you will see a pattern. I think the pattern is so obvious that the guys from RFD spent all day yesterday hoarding coins and deleting posts because they now there will be a limited availability of these from the mint. I think they even expected the coin to sell out yesterday. One guy even claimed to have purchased 300 coins. With regards to profit. If you are projecting $30 (approx 20% ROI), good luck. I'm looking at closer to $22. If it goes higher that's great but nothing is guaranteed. The second glow in the dark dino coin is selling far below everybody's expectations. As for a 10x profit, I have never once stated that. Why should I be limited from buying from the mint? Have you imposed such restrictions on yourself? If I disagree with you, don't hate. I want to make clear one thing, if I am incorrect then I will accept that and apologize. If I cut something down, then I believe it deserves it. I don't cut down every coin, I just don't always buy into the hype. I think opposite view points are helpful. We may not always agree but if people start to censor opposing viewpoint then we are really in trouble.

10.000 glass insect coins will be enough for everyone. It will be hot the same as was hot the second coin - Bumble Bee - some premium, but no big hype or something.
This is the third coin in the series, still nice, but not innovative any more or "rare".
Hoarders pre-ordering it from the CP? Well, good luck. People learned from the "Bateman Moose"

Well - I´ll be ordering via the mint, since my post office is only selling stamps and mobile contracts And I´m sure, that as an MC I will have a small chance to complete the series with the third coin! So please order as many as you want and where you want it - and leave a few for me please

According to Wikipedia, same thing. Quote: Murano glass is a famous product of the Venetian island of Murano. Located off the shore of Venice, Italy, Murano has been a commercial port as far back as the 7th century. By the 10th century, the city had become well known for its glassmakers,[1] who created unique Murano glass. While Murano glassmakers have settled and operate elsewhere, some say authentic Murano glass is fabricated only in Murano.

IMO. The second one (Glass with bumble bee) is the most beautiful one out of the 3.
Of course not seen the 3rd one in hand yet.
Compared the photos of 3, still vote for the glass bumble bee one. (2nd - 1st - 3rd)
Also has the first coin in hand, but don't like it much as the second one.
just my 2 cents.

the second coin seems to be more balanced in terms of colors. I do agree.
however the butterfly design is a bit more complicated, so I guess if they can pull it off, I think it will be a great coin.
also, I like the background flower in the third one the best (coneflowers)
