Why USmint does NOT sell the roll of penny, nickel and dime?
They sell the roll of Kennedy and golden dollar only.
Why is that?

Because basically the only demand for those coins is from collectors.

One reason may be that the penny, nickel, and dime are available in circulation and collectors can get rolls from banks whereas the Kennedy & Sacs have not been minted for circulation in many a year so the only access for collectors is through the mint.
