SUSPECT DETAINED
Security personnel at the CPMX show in Chicago escorted a subject out of the show in handcuffs after he was observed taking a large number of notes from a dealer. Once the subject was searched by Rosemont police $10,000 in notes was recovered.

VASILYEV,VLADIMIR V. W/M 2/4/1985 Cambridge,MA
The successful detention and recovery of notes was due to the keen observation of another dealer.
