Hey whats your guys' opinion on this coin. I was wondering if you'd consider it proof like, because in hand it appears to be so. Also possible grade?

Lincolns are not usually designated as proof-like and we need to see the reverse too. The obverse looks very well struck but the parallel north-south lines in the fields suggest somebody might have wiped it clean.

This date is common up to and including MS66 Red. If your coin has no luster breaks on either surface, it should make MS65 for sure.
