Wow! I am not into toned coins but.....At first I thought AT but after looking around it seems that 60's proof Jeff's do this? Might be one to be slobbed.

I did this to see how easy tone scams could be done in photoshop.

I didn't think that first photo looked real. It even looked "off" for an AT. The blue just isn't right. But I collect a lot of toners.

Here is a nice blue morgan in my collection. That's what it should look like. Its a "natural" tone. But toning is a difficult subject.

You'd be surprised I've seen nickels that actually looked that way.

The only marks I can see in the fields is on either side of "TRUST" and that could be on the plastic and about 1:00 on the rim. I agree with fioti's assessment.
