Hi, I'm new to the forum here. I Found this forum while trying to ID a token I found today while metal detecting.
I know a bit about the company already but I'd like to know more about this token specifically. "Token" may be the wrong name for it as it seems to be something owned by one person(50 cent charge if lost) and numbered accordingly. I have scoured the web and only found one matching example here....

http://tokencatalog.com/token_recor...eate_uid=313

I can only assume this could be very rare, especially since each was given a unique number and most likely never provided to the public. Any more clues or sources of info? THANKS!

Thank you, Rooneydog! I usually post all my finds on that forum but it is a general whatzit forum for metal detecting finds and I didn't think I would get a positive ID there so quickly. So I looked for a more specialized forum for coins/tokens and found this place. I searched some more and figured out this is called a Tool Check, as clued on the reverse.

I sure wish I had something like that when I would let other people borrow my tools, then when I need to use them (sometimes a year + later), realize they have never returned them.
