I only have a 18th ediion of Greg McDonald, in this edition, he prices 1919 and 1920 penny below (I only use VG as example pricing):

1919 Double Dots: $65
1919 Plain : $1
1919 One Dot : $1
(Plain one is more expensive than One Dot in higher grade)

1920 Dot over top scroll: $230
1920 Double Dot : $45
1920 Plain : $40
1920 Dot over bottom scroll: $7
1920 Dot below bottom scroll: $7

today, when I had a peek on 20h edition, I was surprised by re-pricing of 1919 and 1920 penny. In this edition, he think 1919 Double dots just normal one, and plain one is the rare one. 1920 Double Dots or Plain is the rare one. (correct me if I am wrong since I just had a peek)

So, Mr. Greg McDonal can just change his story as the way he wants, or he is just helping dealers selling certain coin at certain time

Some formatting quirk stuffed up valuation vs variety by placing 'no dots' at bottom instead of top (both 1919 and 1920) - not a deliberate change.

Should be sorted out in his next edition, as Greg is aware of the error.
