epikur Pillar of the Community Sweden 729 Posts	Posted 03/18/2013 7:05 pm I've been looking through ebay, ha, krause, but can't seem to find anything similar to it anywhere. Maybe I'm not searching correctly in Krause.. Can anyone help? and maybe have a clue regarding its value? echizento Moderator United States 23731 Posts	Posted 03/18/2013 8:46 pm This is a Japanese note called a Hansatsu, they are note that were issued in provinces and towns. The oldest date to around 1660. I can't make out the date but this one is circa mid 1700's. I don't have the link on hand, but there is an excellent website that explains all about these notes.
