MD evident, but extra rotated upper left "4" southwest extending below MD (see arrow). Also extra thickness to southeast on the "9".

Keep in mind these steel dies were striking steel planchets. Very heavy die wear is present on the dies making some strange missing digits and heavy die flow from the devices toward the rim. So with all that said, it is just another common steel cent.

Basically I tend to stay away from steel cents because of such issues. I keep a few nice ones but that's it.
