I found a South Carolina State Quarter and I don't know if it is a double die or a worn die. I am trying to get better pictures, but here is what I have so far. I am new to this. What I notice most is a thick border around the state above the word "Palmetto" and also the letters are close together with the "E" having partial lettering missing. It is hard to tell if this is damage or done when stamped...

Looks like the "E" was pushed east from a contact moving the Upper part of the E.

Another question. What is on the second t on PALMETTO? Looks like some debris over that letter?
