I agree it's hard to judge from the pics, if you could get some more that'd be great, I'd love to see some more shots of it! Is it yours or are you thinking of buying it? It definitely looks MS, or a PR even.. But as oih82w8 mentioned the swirls around the eagle and in front of libertys head I'm curious about... Polished possibly? I'll agree on UNC details..
