This coin appears quite stunning but the lighting makes it tough to judge. It certainly looks uncirculated and could be a proof. My guess would be PR63.

I like the die cracks around the date and on the reverse Legends.

I am not sure about those swirl marks around the eagle...UNC details.

Wow, absolutely stunning quarter!! I agree it's hard to judge from the pics, if you could get some more that'd be great, I'd love to see some more shots of it! Is it yours or are you thinking of buying it?

It definitely looks MS, or a PR even.. But as oih82w8 mentioned the swirls around the eagle and in front of libertys head I'm curious about... Polished possibly? I'll agree on UNC details.. Possibly PR details.

Very nice quarter!! Cleaned or not it sure is a stunner!

I agree with oih82w8. The swirling on the reverse looks unusual but the dark pictures make it hard to comment further. If I am not mistaken, this coin was posted on the forum a while back.

the pics do not tell the story on this coin
it's either polished heavily or a proof

are you able to post different shots? if not yours, can you ask the person for different pics? I would not buy this coin until you know for sure what you're dealing with. I agree the details are fantastic
