I don't see any friction on places like the cheekbone, high points on the war bonnet, and top of the wing that is typically found on lower MS. The coin appears to have a nice satiny luster. There doesn't appear to be too many marks on the face, war bonnet, eagle, and fields. I will say it grades MS-64. I wish I had something like this in my collection. Super pretty quarter eagle!

My guess is AU58 mainly based on the lack of luster and friction on the reverse fields. It could easily be a low MS piece too. This is one of the toughest U.S. series to grade in-hand, pictures make it that much harder.

I'll go for MS64 but as BH1964 says one of the hardest series to grade and only from a single photo even more difficult, more like educated guessing.
