I have a 1861 P Half Dime with what looks like an inverted 7 after the 1861. I was wondering if that is possible or if you have ever heard of such a dime? When I first viewed the coin, it looked like 1817 but then I realized it was an1861.
Thanks

A picture would be worth a thousand words in this case!
