Mark of value "II" to the right of the portrait, for a halfgroat. Arms on the reverse first used under James I. Reverse legend JUSTITIA THRONUM FIRMAT, "Justice strengthens the throne," which sounds rather ironic, as this should be a halfgroat of Charles I. They run about 17mm in diameter, according to this specimen:
