I have been slacking off on my site as well as my collection as work has been hectic as usual.

Here's three different links:

Silver type set 1802 - 1917: http://gxseries.com/numis/rus_imper...802_1917.htm

Copper type set 1700 - 1801: http://gxseries.com/numis/rus_imper...700_1801.htm

Didn't do a type set from 1700 - 1801 becaue it's likely to be expensive. Might be a good idea to keep track of what I have in my collection though.

Latest addition to this set would be this tiny coin:

Polushka or 1/4 kopek. They are unusually difficult to find.

Might start getting a bit serious on some of the easier coins to fill in the holes.

Show us some of your awesome Imperial Russian coins. :)

Very nice condition mrgasa! Don't think I'll obtain a similar one anytime soon - poltina coins issued before 1800s have always been pricy.

Yes, they are extremely pricey, here in Europe there is always few Russians on every coin show that are buying without asking for a price... This poltina will soon head back to Russia too...

Yes, I am not surprised. I've got a few Russians that emailed me asking if my coins are for sale. Probably some day but not anytime soon...

The only two poltinas that I have that are struck before 1800 are these:

@gxseries, that first poltina is really nice, haven't seen those.
