This one stands out from all the rest of the silver coins I inherited WAY brighter. Bell lines are fairly visible, any input is appreciated

I don't see any luster, so it was probably cleaned, but it might be just the photos.
In any case, this thread should be moved to US Modern Coins forum.

Looking at it again, it might be proof coin, but hard to tell from these pics.

I think you're right on the second count. I think it's a proof. There are four wing tips hanging on the eagle, not five, so it's a type 2 reverse.

Yes, this is a proof. They used special dies and a different minting process to give it the unique mirror-like finish and strong details.

So theres a few variations of proofs.the doubled die from what I've gathered is the big ticket item .
