We can't help with pictures. Right under the box where you type your post is a link to "upload image". Find your picture in your computer(the link will go to placesm in your computer that you guide it to) and then upload it

You need to try again ... nothing. Before you hit the "post" button, hit "preview" first to see if the post is complete. There's nothing there on my computer.

I can help you with the nickel, it is a very common nickel, the pic on it is the Sudbury Nickel Mine in Northern Ontario.
The 1859 has a lot of varieties so I will let some who knows more do that one.

Hello Mcshilling
Thank you for answering my question. I just thought it looked like a high relief. But no I'm sure, this isn't one.
1859 is very difficult for me, to judge but I'm sure here are people who know more about it.

The nickel for 1951 has two different reverses, the one you have (commemorative)and the other one is with the beaver. The beaver reverse is the one that has the high relief (rare) feature that you should be looking for. For the 1859 1 cent, you should focus on the 9 and look at it with good magnification. There are several different varieties, narrow 9's, 9/8's, re-punched 9's etc... Use this link to get an idea what to look for: http://www.coinsandcanada.com/coins...nt-1858-1859

The 1859 cent is Haxby PC59-691. The clearest marker is the recut stem on leaf #8. There were only a few dies with the stem recut on leaf 8, this happens to be one of the easier ones to find. http://www.vickycents.com/rev-o1.html ed
