I don't usually buy Franks, but I got this one for 19.4$ from ebay.

Which grade would you give it (MS63?) and is it a fair price?

I am really bad at grading so I won't. But I wanted to say that if that's a scratch on Bens' face it would be a deal breaker for me.

The big hit on Ben's cheek is the only thing keeping this coin at MS63 looks to have a lot of luster if not for the hit it would be a 64 or 65 even, no trouble. Nice looking coin supgog. Looks very, very close to FBL but I just can't decide.
