I am trying to identify this coin as the small or large bead variety of the 1966 Canadian Silver Dollar Loonie.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Between 1965 and 1967, three different obverses were used. These differences can be seen in the sizes of beads used for the obverse collar. We can easily identify the differences by the last A of REGINA relative to its position to the beads at the rim. We can also see the difference between the small and the medium beads by looking at the back of Queen Elizabeth's crown that appear detached with the medium beads.

yours appears to be a large beads coin.
