Please help me id this coin. It is gold, 42.2 grams and I can't find anything on this. Anyone recognize this?

It is a medallion, not a coin. No mention of the country (Estados Unidos Mexicanos), and no denomination.

In 1968 the Olympic Summer Games were held at Mexico (primarily Mexico City). The football games were held in the Aztec Stadium (Estadio Azteca). See more info on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Estadio_Azteca

Looks like a plated medal to me. The change in color near the final letter of UNIVERSITARIA at the rim seals the deal. Gold does not tarnish.

This is a medal no coin, this medal was not coined by Mexico mint (Mo), may be was made by a private jewelry, because there are not registered in Mexican Coin House.

Like I told you in the other post you did few days ago about the same coin , is a medallion made for a private mint to commemorate the Olympic games showing the stadium of Mexico City and Aztec playing with a ball and that is a copper gold plated ...
