Large gold coin 42.2 grams, and referencing the stadium in Mexico City where a part of the 1968 Olympics took place. I can't find anything on this one. Posted this on a couple other forums but no luck yet. Any help appreciated.

I think is a medallion not coin made for a private mint to commemorate the Olympics , and I no so sure is gold , for me looks like gold plated, I can see the acid test marks ... no much information around ...
