A bit hard to tell where the marks are since the coin is a bit out of focus, but I'd say this could be MS-64.

the pics are a little rough. I'd like to see this coin in hand to look closer at it. you need to be careful when purchasing 43's online, especially out of focus coins. you cant see the luster well and if its too shiny, it most likely was buffed or if its dull it could have been dipped. very common for these. you really cant tell what the marks are above the eye and on the cheeks, I would suspect that this would lower the grade some. I'll go with MS62 without seeing it.

Possible replate, I can't grade from those pics.

MS62/63 no higher in my opinion.

I believe the surfaces are original - the coin exhibits excellent cartwheel luster in hand and has no traces of wear. I'll try to get some better photos uploaded

The new pics do look better, not glossy, original looking. I say MS63, only because of the scratch on the reverse and the minor spots on the forehead

The "scratch" is interesting. I took a look at it under a loupe and it is (1) Only on the fields not the devices, (2) The portion to the left of the N is raised. I can't tell whether the rest of it is raised or depressed.
Possibly something on the die ?

MS64 In my opinion. I like how it is so full of luster.
