I received this coin from a friend. It is in an older holder and has a label of "England 1652". I am honestly not very knowledgable on ancient coins. I am not even sure how to tell a fake from a real coin/token. From what I can make out on the coin/token, it has an inscription of possibly "RX" with a crown over the letters? I can also read "16.."? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

That looks a lot more like what this coin could be. the reverse of my coin is extrememly hard to make out. Do you know the worth of a coin like this. Or how to tell if my coin is real or fake?

Do you have a picture of the other side at all? It's definitely not English, I can tell you that much right away.

The crumple around the edge makes me think it is hollow? Are you sure it's a coin... looks more like a button to me.
