Very difficult lighting for grading... the light source looks like it is behind the coin? The Hand Selected one (top coin) looks better...

Its funny how a little less or little more light can make one look better than the other.
I think the better money was spent on the Hand Select based on your photos.
Both of them are very nice!

Exceptional hs coin.
I'd give a plus to the phs coin.

Such great looking coins. Don't know how the HS you have wound up as HS. Looks like a PHS. Your HS looks even better than the any of the PHS that I have seen. Nice find! Easily a MS64.. 64+ or higher, IMHO.

I dont think anyone can separate 245000 coins individually. I think the HS is the better buy since the PHS is almost twice the price of HS
