I have a genuine gold stater of Philip 11 minted in Pella, about 30 kilometres north east of Salonica (Thessalonica in the Bible). Mine came from Spink's in London, about 35 years ago. I still have all of the paperwork to prove it's purchase.
I also have a single sided replica such as this. As the language suggests, a series of these replicating different ancient Greek coins, was made in the Netherlands, 35 to 40 years ago. I suspect that they were made for promotional purposes.
