Just received a coin bought on e-bay. Coin looks pretty good except for 3 or 4 small areas on reverse that look like the toning was removed or never happened at all. Looks like new penny color. seller called these light spots and did not know what caused this. Not sure if I should keep the coin or return it. It is a 1819-8 overdate cent that looks to be in F condition other than these untoned spots. Paid $48 for the coin. Would you keep it or return a coin like that? Would coin retone in those small areas a little bit over time? Put in window sill? Thanks Jerry

Need pics to give a better answer. I have a good feeling about it though!

The pic the seller had did not show reverse very well. I had posted a thread a few days ago titled 1819 overdate that had original photots. I will try to take a better pic later today.
