Has anyone ever consigned coins to either of the two? If so, how was your experience?

For Registry coins I get good results from Teletrade but only on PCGS slabs. Heritage I have been tracking for some time but have yet to consign as prices realized are a little volatile in my area of collecting.

Hi ChristinaM,
Teletrade occasionally offers to take consignments with no sellers fees and I've taken advantage of those offers a couple times. Although I saved the fees I was still a bit disappointed with my proceeds. However, I only sent them my less attractive and lower-value coins which I no longer wanted to keep. I think the bidders could tell these coins were nothing special and the bids stayed low. I know when I see a coin I like on Teletrade it always seems to go for more than I'm willing to pay!
I haven't sent any to Heritage although I've purchased coins in their auctions. If I had expensive, high-demand coins I wanted to sell I might try them. They do seem to get top dollar when the coins are nice.
Are you planning to sell some coins? If so, some forum members might be interested in what you have!
