Hi All can anyone tell me if this is an error it looks like a light strike eliminating the WE in GOD WE TRUST. In the 1964 the 4 also looks light.

Most likely just die wear/deterioration
maybe along with a little debris on the die.
They pumped out a lot of 1964's. The dies took there
toll.
