No close "AM". On a WAM the space between the "AM" will be the same as the space between the "ME".

Thanks.....I know it was a stretch. But, this 99 had that little gap and ALL of the others did not. Like 150 touching to this 1.

Go to your local coin shops, and ask for the 1998 PROOF sets, and look for a Close AM...RARE, but findable..I got one in 2009, sold for $900.....just tell the clerks your looking for perfect filler deep cameo coins for your albums, and study the cents quickly...mine was the last proof set in a box of 45 sets!
Good Luck Hunting.

Been doing the Ryedale thing and selling boxes and boxes of coppers. But, I'm slowing down and back looking for winners. Recent finds of a decent 72 DDO....one of the counterclockwise ones....and a neat "capped die beauty".....and a nice 98 WAM.

This ugly 99 above just kept making me look at it......I know better.

If you have the 72 die#4 that is big bucks Rob,but most likely you have #2 or #7.WAMs have almost dried up around here.
