Yes, it looks AU50 or so. Watch those staples sticking out of the 2x2. I flatten mine with needle-nose pliers or use Air-Tites.

I'm going with AU50. notice a couple pock marks on the rev that could pull detail grade. its hard to tell without coin in hand. this is, however, a nice example of a tough coin.
