Probably not, the majority are base metal with a silver wash. Even worse, the most recent ones are just base metal. Nix on the silver.

Given the way this one is showing a yellow brassy colour wearing through on the high points, I'd agree, this is not an older solid silver one.

Sometimes this alloy is referred to as "white metal" - which can sometimes infer that there may be silver present, but in this case there probably isn't. These are very common.
