Went to a pawn shop a few days ago and picked up a small pile of silver treasure for less than spot (less than spot at the time at any rate). Here's the haul

Barber-Quarter-Find

The highlight for me was the Barber quarter. Pardon the not so great photos, but its probably AG3 at best. I have a soft spot for the low mintage dates of any coin. This was a great find in my book even when compared to the 1996 Eagle.

Nice going. No way you get below spot pricing from pawn shops in my area. They usually ask stupid money for common and miss all the good date premiums. nlp

I'm lucky to have a nice pawn shop around here that often offers junk silver right around spot. Gotta remember these guys probably paid stupid low money for the coins and are willing to haggle if you buy some quantity.
