here's an 1860 Indian for grading opinions. also include color and if it appears that the coin may have been cleaned.

I think it's all about the photos.
I can say around AU, but without sharper pics, with less dominant lighting, it's hard to say whether the surfaces are original.

Also, something might be wrong with the rims, 2-5 o'clock on the obverse.

I bet that if you check it in the past, threads with good pics got more graders interested.

I agree with supgog. Its probably an AU coin, but you need better pictures.

Looks AU can't really tell if it's been cleaned. Most likely it was at some point in the past 140+ years it's been kicking around. There would be no color designation on this coin as it is copper nickel hence the CN. Only copper coins get color designations.
