It's addicting. I found about 25 cents in my front yard (2 dimes and 5 pennies; one was an indiscernable wheatie). I also found a vintage Vienna Sausage can haha. I see the thrill you guys get from this. Happy hunting.

I found a roataing sprinkler in my back yard with my metal detector. Who would bury a whole sprinkler?

25 cents is a good start the wheatie tells you that your yard contains coins from that time period, I hope you noted the depth when you found it because that will be the depth of the other coins from then.

My yard had many wheaties in it since it was built in 1952 and they were all at 6 to 7 inches deep.

Excellent stuff! It's great to see more and more folks joining the metdet gang! Nice going on the coins, sweep the yard again and see if you missed stuff

You did way beter than I did my first time.
I tried a few weeks ago, but the ground was still pretty much frozen.
I couldnt go any deeper than about 5 inches, and I found some aluminum siding, a nut and a bottle cap.
I will try again when this last FOOT of snow melts. lol
